Dr. Mosima Masekoameng is presently working as Senior Lecturer at the University of South Africa, Department of Agriculture and Animal Health. Her area of specialization is agricultural extension, food security and household food security. Her current research project is titled “Assessing the impact of climate change on food security of smallholder and emerging farmers in Gauteng Province, South Africa: a participatory approach study”.
Dr.ZANELE FURUSA.CHANS is Natural Resources Management Lecturer CSSTHE and Head of Environment Unit Founder of AU Young Scholars Research Project Coordinator of AU Environment-Alert Unit Community Environmental Activist She participate through presentations on Environmental issues at the National Council for Black Studies Conference every March at selected states in the USA.
Dr. Kathy White is presently working as Associate Professor, Biology at St. Philip’s College, San Antonio, Texas, Chairperson, Natural Sciences Department. Administrator for Natural Sciences consisting of Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Geology. Liaison for Title V Department of Education Grant in partnership with the University of the Incarnate Word St. Philip’s College
Dr. Claire Maria Chigwedere is presently working as Postdoctoral Fellow at University of Saskatchewan, Canada. As a Food Technologist, I am interested in generation, application and dissemination of knowledge on optimisation of storage-processstructure-function relations in foods with a goal of waste reduction and valorisation. This contributes towards availability of sufficient high quality, safe, nutritious and healthy food products in a sustainable manner thereby addressing some of the pressing foodrelated global issues.
Dr. Heba Salma is presently working as Associate Professor at National Research Centre Food Industries and Nutrition Division Dairy Science Dept., Dokki, Cairo, Egypt. She published 22 articles in national and international journals. She also attended more than 60 conferences, symposiums and workshops. She is active member of many scientific societies.
Dr. Kathleen Hefferon is the Fulbright Canada Research Chair of Global Food Security. She is currently on Faculty at Cornell University and is writing a second edition to her book “Biopharmaceuticals in Plants.” Most recently, Kathleen has written two books on agricultural biotechnology. She worked as a post-doc at the Boyce Thompson Institute for Plant Research and later as the Director of the Human Metabolic Research Unit in the Division of Nutritional Science at Cornell University.
Dr. Nawal Nour is presently working as National coordinator for Animal Genetic Resources Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nation 2019 in Sudan University of Science and Technology, Sudan Ministry of Animal Resources, Sudan. Head of Conservation and Genetic Improvement of Sudanese Local Animals unit in the Directorate of Development of Genetic Animal Resources -General Directorate of Animal Production Development - Federal Ministry of Animal Resources.
Dr. Fazlul Hoque is presently working as the assistant professor at The Agribusiness & Marketing Dept. of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Bangladesh. He has published more than 10 papers in reputed journals in the world.

Dr. Evans Chazireni is presently working as Lecturer of Geography and Environmental Science at Great Zimbabwe University. I am in the department of Physics, Geography and Environmental Science in the School of Agriculture and Natural Sciences. I have a book publication and over 20 publications in refereed journals in areas of climate change, food security, socioeconomic development, medical geography and other related areas. My current research project is on the impact of climate change on food security in Masvingo Province, Zimbabwe.
Dr. Fatemeh Esfarjani presently working as Assistant Professor at Shahid Beheshti University. She is a academic member of food and nutrition policy and planing research department, in national nutrition and food technology research institute , she has years of experience in research, evaluation, teaching and administration both in hospital and education institutions. Her field of interest is in clinical nutrition, she published 23 papers in academic journals and more than 124 abstract presentations in congresses
Reshmee Beedasie is the only South African to hold an international Masters Degree in HACCP from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK. She is presently working on her doctorate in the field of food safety management systems in the South African Red Meat Industry. Presently, Reshmee owns and manages FoodTek Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a food safety solutions company specializing in Auditing, Training, Systems Development, Systems Implementation and Microbiological testing services.
Dr. Nezif Abamecha is presently working as Lecturer of food science and postharvest technology at Wollega University. From 2006 E.C to 2007 E.C as an expert of postharvest management in Jimma zone Nono Benja woreda agricultural office.
Dr. Renias Chivheya is a lecturer in the Agricultural Economic, education and extension department at Bindura university of science education, Zimbabwe. I have held posts of responsibility at the University as acting dean in the faculty of agriculture and environmental science, as a chairman in the department of Agricultural Economics, Education and Extension and at Bindura University of science education, Zimbabwe.
